Bearkats finish second at UIL Regional Academic Meet

SAN ANGELO - The Garden City High School academic compeitiors were in San Angelo last weekend for the Regional Academic Meet at Angelo State University.
 

The Bearkats brought back tons of hardware including the Region II Runner-Up Plaque. First and second place teams are qutomiatically qualified the the State UIL Meet while third place teams have the opportunity to earn a wild card bid.
 

The Academic and Speech State Meet will be on the University of Texas campus May 13- May 15.
